BINDING AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service form a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and Empirelia (the "Platform") governing your access to and use of our social gaming entertainment services. By accessing, browsing, or using Empirelia in any manner, you affirm that you have read, comprehended, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety without exception or qualification.

If you find any provision of these terms unacceptable or disagree with any aspect of this agreement, you are not authorized to access or use Empirelia and must immediately cease all interaction with our platform. Your continued use following any modifications to these terms constitutes full acceptance of those modifications.

VERIFICATION RIGHTS

Empirelia reserves the right to verify User eligibility through any means we deem appropriate, including but not limited to requesting government-issued identification or other documentation. Users who cannot or will not provide satisfactory verification face immediate termination of platform access.

PROHIBITED USERS

• Individuals below 18 years of age
• Persons in jurisdictions prohibiting social casino platforms
• Users previously suspended or banned from Empirelia
• Automated systems, bots, scrapers, or non-human actors
• Individuals using false or fraudulent identity information

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

SOCIAL ENTERTAINMENT PLATFORM

Empirelia operates exclusively as a social entertainment platform providing access to casino-style games for recreational purposes. Our service simulates gambling experiences without involving actual financial stakes or real-money rewards of any kind.

VIRTUAL CURRENCY POLICY

All virtual currency, chips, tokens, credits, points, bonuses, and similar items available through Empirelia:

• Possess absolutely zero monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes
• Cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or redeemed
• Exist purely for in-platform entertainment purposes
• May be modified, adjusted, or removed at Empirelia's sole discretion
• Create no ownership rights or legally enforceable claims

NO GAMBLING SERVICES

Empirelia does not offer, facilitate, enable, or support gambling services as defined by applicable laws. Users cannot wager real money, win real money, or receive anything of tangible value through platform use. Any representation of monetary transactions within games is purely cosmetic and part of the entertainment simulation.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

ENFORCEMENT

Violation of acceptable use policies results in immediate termination of platform access without prior notice, warning, or opportunity to cure. Empirelia reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for violations causing actual harm or damage.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All content accessible through Empirelia—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software code, and the compilation and arrangement thereof—is the exclusive property of Empirelia or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

LIMITED LICENSE

Empirelia grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license explicitly prohibits:

• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or redistributing platform content
• Creating derivative works based on platform content or software
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling platform software
• Removing or altering copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Commercial exploitation of any platform elements

All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by Empirelia and its licensors.

DISCLAIMERS

AS IS PROVISION

Empirelia is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Empirelia disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation

NO GUARANTEES

Empirelia makes no guarantees regarding platform availability, compatibility, performance, preservation of data, or continued access to specific features or games. We reserve unlimited discretion to modify or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Empirelia and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from or related to your use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

TERMINATION

EFFECT OF TERMINATION

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these terms immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to principles of conflicts of law that would require application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Significant changes may be announced through platform notifications or other reasonable means. Continued use of Empirelia following modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
